Job Summary:

Teach basic skills like color, shape, range and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and policies and procedures to keep up order among students.
Observe and measure children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
Instruct students one by one and in teams, adapting teaching strategies to satisfy students' variable wants and interests.
Scan books to entire categories or to tiny teams.
Demonstrate activities to children.
Give a range of materials and resources for youngsters to explore, manipulate, and use, each in learning activities and in ingenious play.
check with folks or guardians, different lecturers, counselors, and directors to resolve students' behavioral and tutorial issues.
Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and comes, and communicate those objectives to youngsters.
Organize and lead activities designed to market physical mental, and social development like games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling.
etermine youngsters showing signs of emotional, organic process, or health-related issues, and discuss them with supervisors, parents or guardians, and child development specialists.
Prepare materials, classrooms, and different indoor and out of doors areas to facilitate artistic play, learning and motor-skill activities, and safety.
Collaborate with different lecturers and directors within the development, evaluation, and revision of preschool programs.
Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to judge children's progress.
Involve parent volunteers and older students in children's activities, to facilitate involvement in targeted, advanced play.
