Customer Support Operations Manager
Provide strategic and operational leadership and direction to ensure the effective running and management of the global contact center department supporting 7 languages across 5 business sites.
Business Development Executive:
The achievement of volume and profitability targets within a given geographic area by the maintenance and establishment of commercially successfully relationships with Group Companies; major distributors and potential and actual clients
Main Tasks:
- The development of commercially made relationships with relevant firms, brokers and distribution partners among the given geographical area.
- Delivery of new business across the SME and mid corporate market predominantly in conjunction with brokers and distribution partners
- Ensure new business and profitability targets are met
- Manage the relationship of a portfolio of key brokers and distribution partners ensuring profitable growth across the individual, SME and mid corporate sector
- The presentation to relevant firms, brokers and distribution partners of the company and its services and the obtaining of commitment to support the venture.
- The provision of training; sales support and other similar services to companies, brokers and distribution partners
- The provision of point of sale support and assistance to group companies or other distributors; the provision of direct client advice in consultation with relevant group companies or distributors and the maintenance of satisfactory on-going relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
- The provision of quotations; reports and other information required in support of the generation of business.
- The maintenance of all on-going client relationships including the handling of issues and problems as well as the pro-active establishment of client satisfaction.
- The establishment and maintenance of all appropriate record keeping and head office reporting as required.
- Responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare within team (please refer to the Company`s Safety Statement for full list of responsibilities).
- To provide ongoing regular feedback of the international health care market specific to the sales region to aid the development of Alliance Care strategy in the market place.
- To provide specific feedback, on Allianz Care`s products/pricing & practices, to ensure the on going marketability of Allianz Care.
- To promote Allianz Care within the sales region through the media and promotional campaigns, resulting in business generation/retention.
- To maximize opportunities within Allianz with a view to cross collaboration ie life and disability, EAP,s Travel and Assistance,
Experience Required:
- ACII qualified or progression towards, or other professional qualification.
- At least 5 years expertise in associate degree insurance sales setting.
- Solid operating expertise or understanding of the rear workplace administration functions
- Strong established account with the brokers within the sales region.
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to collaborate among the regional and international sales and CRM team
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly motivated and disciplined
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
