Description:
Our company is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator with at least 2-5 years meaningful experience in Trading Company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Chemistry/Bio Chemist, or any related medical field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Highly attentive to details
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Organizational skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor Purchases and Invoices Through the Delivery Process
- Monitor, Research and Evaluate Suppliers
- Negotiate With Suppliers
- Monitor Sales pending orders
- Other Logistic duties
