Job Description:
Job Responsibilities include:
- Promote and Sell all individual insurance products
- Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.
- Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
- Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
- Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Reports regularly on the sales progress and status of portfolio including persistence ratios.
- Develops and implements various sales and distribution channels for the company’s products.
- Implements and follows up the sales department’s specified policies and procedures.
- Provide customer service
- Achieve targets set by the management.
- Ability to work under pressure
Skills:
- Must have a very good command of English.
- Must have a valid driving license (old version).
- Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of principles and methods of promoting and selling services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Focused and ability to maximize profits.
