Description:
- Maintaining and developing affairs with on hand customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Pay attention to customer requirements and presenting correctly to make a sale
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with possible customers to vision for new business
- Answering to received email and phone inquiries
- Performing as a get in touch with between a company and its presented and probable markets
- Discussing the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering marketplace and consumer information
- Representing the company at trade presentation, events and expressions
- Bargain on price, expenditure, release and terms with buyers and managers
- Challenging any hostility with a view to getting the shopper to buy
- Advising on forthcoming merchandise developments and converse particular promotions;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales manager or entering figures into a computer system
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
