Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for lead generation and customer visits.
- Responsible for converting leads/visits into sales.
- Collecting payments from customers, updating CRM and submitting cheques to accounts.
- Responsible for 100% quality of sales.
- Responsible for maintaining 100% attendance as one of the requirement for achieving sales target.
- FSE’s are expected to dress in accordance with acceptable standards of good taste, including being neat, clean, and well groomed at all times.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Educational Qualification:
Should be a graduate (Preferably from commerce background).
Preferred skills:
- Good spoken, written and verbally fluent in English language.
- Should be a go getter and can take decisions.
- Should be flexible and should carry flexible attitude.
- Can work 6 days a week.
- Has decent knowledge of MS office.
