Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the Client portals/CRM which includes maintaining the log of the International debt collection cases on client portal and share updates with the Partners/Clients
- Excellent computer skills mainly excel and MS Word
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English
- Knowledge of Debt Collections
- To provide a full range of administrative and client /partner support to AW Holding Cross Border Center
- Managing all flows of documents either in electronic form or via email.
- Liaise with the Debt Collection team on the updates on collections and make sure they have followed up on all cases given.
- Assist the Cross Border Collections team and provide all support and handle all client/partner queries on their portals
- Handling any other tasks as assigned by Cross Border Center Manager
- Keep high levels of professionalism when sharing the updates with partners/clients
- Assist the team leader in preparing the monthly, weekly reports and coordinate with the team on collection updates
