Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing & sales plans.
- Strategically monitoring daily sales closely & supporting customer follow ups till the end result.
- Training SME sales team about the features & geographic target areas of work to sell Etisalat corporate services.
- Managing & guiding staff performance & achievements, duties, daily activity reports.
- Lead team of specialists in monitoring and analyzing market trends.
- Using a range of tools & techniques to motivate the sales team.
- Provide required reports to management & forward possible suggestions & solutions for problems.
- Mandatory to achieve monthly & annual target by successfully managing the sales team.
