Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  2. Typing, preparing invoices
  3. Filing
  4. Managing databases
  5. Prioritizing workloads
  6. Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  7. Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  8. Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  9. Logging or processing bills or expenses

Requirement(s):
  • Must be good in Microsoft stand out and Microsoft word.
  • Age Limit: 20 - 30 years old.
  • Nationality: Filipino,Pakistani,Indian(FEMALE ONLY)
  • Visa Status: Visit Visa
