Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Typing, preparing invoices
- Filing
- Managing databases
- Prioritizing workloads
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
Requirement(s):
- Must be good in Microsoft stand out and Microsoft word.
- Age Limit: 20 - 30 years old.
- Nationality: Filipino,Pakistani,Indian(FEMALE ONLY)
- Visa Status: Visit Visa
- Interview location: Al Rayyan Tower, Al Nahda Sharjah, Al Rayyan Tower near quick super market, office no. 1007(Just raise any security personnel wherever you'll realize "Fu Chun Trading")
