A growing net and digital agency is searching for an energetic and energetic Admin Assistant. The right candidate must have UAE expertise operating within the administration field. 

Key job responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Making entries of accounts in software
  • Preparing invoices and any other finance-related matters
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  • Performing general admin duties like photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
  • Filing and record management of finances and employees
  • Dealing with vendors for purchases online and outdoor
  • Greeting and guiding all guests, together with vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers
  • Checking and responding to emails and phone calls
  • Preparing quotations
  • Carrying out general outdoor office tasks
Skills:
The right candidate ought to have sturdy Admin, IT and Communication skills and a minimum of one year of labor expertise in UAE. Candidates with own visa or resident visa are going to be most popular. UAE driving license will be considered an asset.
