Cook: (South Indian) - 02 Nos.
The candidate shall have minimum 4-5 years of experience in the field of Cooking/Hotel Management of Southindian Dishes such as Idly,Vada,All Varities of Dosa, Biriyani, Pongal, Sweets, All kinds of Snacks, Parotta and All kinds of Veg. and Non-Veg Curry & Gravy,main course Food Preparation and etc.The candidate shall be able to work independently at hotel and have the knowledge of preparing the food and Serving the same accordingly.
Assistant Cook/Cook Support: (South Indian) - 02 Nos.
The candidate shall have minimum 3-7 years of experience in the field of Supporting the cook such as cutting the Vegetables/Meat,Arrangements of all materials for cooking,support the main cook in preparing the foods & dishes,maintain the cleanliness of the cooking area & Hotel,Cleaning the utensils and etc. Knowledge of carrying out works related to Cooking shall be added advantage.
