Job Description:
- Assists in establishing a filling system to include the info handling for all the comes.
- Maintain files, file area and inventory records organized and obtainable as necessary.
- Handling and distribution of all kinds of comes documents and submitting like drawings, specifications, RFI’s, letters, reports.
- Maintain Computerized work Order System as directed.
- To scan information into correct documentation packages.
- Manage databases as assigned.
- Prepare letters, labels, envelopes, documents, reports, etc.
- Prepare logs for all types of documents.
- File, copy, and/or deliver or mail documents.
- Fill for other positions as necessary.
- Assists in getting ready agenda material for employees conferences, Managers conferences, others.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations/reports as requested.
- To coordinate with all departments to collate contract documents.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, etc report as required.
- Assist Contracts manager to organize periodical progress reports on Contracts.
- Draft contractual letters to the client and the consultants/contractors.
- Make sure that all work is dispensed in a very safe and economical manner.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Computer Literacy
- Strong background in document & records management.
- Languages (Arabic& English usage,spelling, grammar)
- Document management & record keeping skills.
- Knowledge of modern office methods & procedures.
- Data of Filling, telephone techniques & office equipment.
