Job Overview:
The Admissions Officer manages arriving applications to our partner universities. The Admissions Officer reports to the Admissions Manager and assists with the communication between Shorelight representatives within the field and also the central Admissions workplace. The Admissions Officer should be a self-reliant individual with glorious problem-solving, communication, and detail-orientation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and at first method applications from the regional team in India.
- Organize and deliver files underneath the direction of the Central Admissions workplace
- Input data into the Shorelight CRM
- Communicate directly with Shorelight representatives and agents once required to finish application files
- Alternative duties as directed by the Admissions Manager
- Other Responsibilities
- Accommodates Shorelight Written data Security Policy, and every one alternative Shorelight data Security Policies and Procedures
- Take responsibility for any Shorelight assets assigned to you
- Promptly report any security events, incidents or weaknesses to Shorelight Security
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in international education-related field
- Experience with the Indian educational system (Preferable)
- Excellent English skills, including writing and speaking
- Expertise and familiarity with the broad spectrum of instructional models in India.
- Incontestable excellence in project management and leading method
- Ability to assume severally, thoroughly, and critically in fast contexts
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from native, national, and international constituencies
- Superior social and communication skills, together with glorious ability to speak with folks from a good style of cultures and linguistic backgrounds
- Ability to foster collaboration and trust, work collegially, and encourage others to high levels of performance
- Professionalficiency with Adobe jock Pro, Microsoft workplace, Sales-force, and cloud computing
