About the Position
We are looking to recruit an experienced Junior Technician Mechanical to join our Auto-mall team in Dubai. You will be based in our Dubai branch reporting to the After-sales Service Supervisor.
As a Junior Technician, you will be responsible to conduct minor mechanical repairs and periodic maintenance on passenger sedans and 4 wheels drive vehicles, diagnose basic electrical and mechanical defects, follow diagnostic procedures on service manuals and undertake repairs within the recommended labour time. You also need to provide estimations on repairs and services and prepare technical reports on new complaints.
You will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Co-Technicians, Service Advisers, Controller, Foreman on a daily basis.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role should be an ITI holder or possess a Diploma in Automobile. You should have at east a minimum of 2 to 3 years overall experience as a Technician. You should have excellent technical knowledge in diagnosing and repairing Japanese, American and European cars.
Familiarity with appropriate workshop equipment's& tools capable of working them is necessary for this role. You should have the ability to read and analyse drawings and schematics, reference service manuals and understand mechanical installation related information.
