Looking for Fleet & Documentation:
Preferably Filipino / Filipino Applicants with experience in fleet handling and documentation:
1. Fleet Coordination –
- Maintain and update Master Tracker of the Vehicles
- Verifying supplier’s Monthly invoices and upload in our System (FCA)
- Monthly Fuel consumption details update in master tracker (usage Data Available in excel format)
- Monitor the Vehicle usage and control the cost – (Online tracking system is available)
2. Office Documentation – (Filing and Book Keeping, Accounts & Commercial Dept.)
3. Assist Accounts/Commercial Department in Entry Level
