Bachelors Degree in Accounting.Certified Chartered Accountant.
Experience: 20+ years experience in similar positions with the industrial company. • Familiarity with construction or Oil & Gas project business • SOX compliance requirements • US GAAP • Hands-on experience with using ERP Systems, use of VISUAL software preferred.is responsible for all Finance, Accounting and IT activities in the MENA region.Managing the relationship to banks and regulatory agencies so that business and monetary transactions can be properly and timely executed as needed.Oil & gas or Construction Industry experience is a must.
