Insurance Manager (MALE Only)urgently required for a Medical Center in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi with minimum 5 years of Experience in HAAD environment and Preferably Unlicensed Doctors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate with doctors, clinic staff to solve their insurance related queries.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for getting daily authorizations and network issues.
- Evaluate claims to analyze relevant clinical data of each encounter.
- Responsible for the e-claim submissions and Re submission medical claims.
- Educate clinic staff to ensure claims accuracy and processing.
- Inspect Medical history & records of patient to determine justification of rejected services to get approval done on time.
- Prepare reports for recommend claim action & research medical records.
- Review insurance policies to determine appropriate coverage.
- Negotiation with Insurance companies.
- Interact with insurance companies to research and resolve complex claims billing problems /issues
