Job Profile – Warehouse Manager
- Manage all warehouse supply chain of the companies from receiving raw materials to final distribution of finished goods local and exports shipments.
- Oversee the complete forecast and ensure the ordering pattern of all raw material SKUs as per the lead-time from suppliers, consumption and reorder leveling.
- Ensures stocks availability for PMI issuance as per Production plans, Sales Order, Sample Requisition, Distribution Center, and Exports requirements and continuous follow-ups to Purchase Department for the top priority raw materials.
- Manage and improve productivity inside the warehouse by 99% by improving traceability and designing binning process of all raw materials and finished goods, and use an effective space utilization throughout the company’s warehouses.
- Developed reorder level reports, analyze cost inside warehouse to assess stock movement and coverage to avoid stock out scenarios by calculating all the export orders plus current stock with respect to all SKU movements in general.
- Established monthly KPIs to assess warehouse and distribution performance from daily book records.
- Continuous monitoring movements of the ageing and fast moving products of Nabeel, Nuvo, CA and TSOD to effectively utilize space and clearing the slow moving SKU’s using into promotional offers.
- Bringing inventory accuracy under control by conducting regular audits of all warehouse binning and subsequent inventory reconciliation for cost value analysis by the management.
- Implement all warehouse SOP’s and warehouse balance scorecard monthly to monitor performance.
- Implementing and conducting safety rules and regulations, cleanliness inside work area by continuing warehouse Staff the monthly risks assessment mitigation to constantly enable and maintain zero tolerance and accidents throughout the whole year operations.
