SALES OFFICERS (BANKING):
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services i.e. Credit Cards / Loans
- Distribute product brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities & generate the leads
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
- Set up kiosks or promotional stands
- Report on demonstration related information (interested customers, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc)
- To Achieve Targets by Selling Credit Cards to the Residents / Customers based in U.A.E
- Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Indian / Pakistani / Philippines Nationals Only
- Proven working experience in direct sales
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
TELESALES OFFICER (FEMALES):
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements:
- Only females can apply for Telesales position
- Indian / Pakistani / Philippines Nationals Only
- Candidates with Spouse / Father Visa will be preferred
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
