Title: Sr. Sales Manager / Business Development Manager 

Location: Dubai
Duration: Full-Time

Salary: Attractive pay package along with minimum 4000 USD incentive

Job brief:
We are looking for a high-performing aggressive Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program gives qualified foreign investors the opportunity to obtain permanent resident status in the United States and Canada.

With an EB-5 visa, you obtain a green card for permanent residence in the United States. After 5 years, the investors and their family may obtain US citizenship, subject to meeting all immigration requirements. Other visas such as H-1 or L-1, may never result in permanent residence, have time limits, must be renewed, and require additional filings with the USCIS or Department of State.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Target HNI clients and work on their application within the closure time.
  1. Build relationships with customers
  2. Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  3. Advise clients on creating profitable processes financially
  4. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  6. Study competition to find new ways to develop business and increase customers base
  7. Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  8. Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations and pitch-books.
  9. Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
  10. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands 
  11. company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  12. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 
  13. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  14. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  15. Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions
  16. Create presentations for client portfolios.
  17. Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
