Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executives to work with us in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Below mentioned job responsibilities for the role.
- Complete documentation check and verification as per the standards and guidelines set by BLS and/or Embassies.
- Answering queries of applicants/Customers.
- Promotion of Value Added Services
- Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner.
- Timely issuance of token for Value Added Services/Submission accordingly.
- Form Filling of the applications as per the requirement.
- Constantly updating self on the updates set by Embassy
- Fast typing to ensure the waiting time is less
- Reconfirms the validity of the passport, visa, and category applied for and photographs even after the verification done by the service desk at the reception.
- Responsible for complete data entry with no errors.
- Accepts charges in cash and issue receipts without fail.
- Explains post submission procedure to the applicant and informing them how to track his/her application
- Make a final check on the application by verifying all the important details and assure that there are no mistakes.
- Attach category wise file reference bar-code stickers on the application form and back of the passport.
- 15. Tagging of the application by colour coding as required.
- 16. Tallying and accounting of day end cash.
Skills Required:
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with people
- Good typing skills in the computer system.
- Should be flexible in working location and working hours.
- Should be a Graduate in any Discipline.
- Should have a valid residence visa in UAE. Also flexible in working hours
