Vendor Listing Process:
Actively introduce company group and range of products and effectively attain position on client vendor list. Involves conveying PQ, arranging lunch seminars, factory visits, and developing mutually beneficial relations. At least 3 new consultants to be introduced every month.
Organizing and coordinating Exhibitions:
Includes events such as Big 5, Intersec and worldwide exhibitions like AHRI etc
Developing Online Presence for National and International clients Developing and updating company on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc). The websites of both companies require SEO development and also re-editing of the website content to include the new products, certifications and projects.
Branding of Company Products:
Re branding of the brand names and logos must be done so that there is uniformity in the catalogs, stand designs and anywhere they are used. The brands and logos doesn’t have a constant font or size and it keeps changing when an exhibition or seminar comes up.
Promotion of Companies:
Using different online tools for promoting company as a brand using SEO techniques and social media
Marketing:
More focus on marketing by means of articles in Climate Control and including a separate presentation at the time of factory visits.
Marketing on Radio and Trade Magazines:
Use the radio as a tool to market company as a group. Contact ARN for advertisement purposes. Collect quotes and then propose it to the higher management.
