Job Description:
A growing web and digital agency are looking for active and energetic Admin Assistant. The right candidate should have UAE experience working in the administration field. Key job responsibilities include but not limited to: 
  1. Making entries of accounts in software
  2. Preparing invoices and any other finance-related matters
  3. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
  4. Performing general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
  5. Filing and record management of finances and employees
  6. Dealing with vendors for purchases online and outdoor
  7. Greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
  8. Checking and responding to emails and phone calls
  9. Preparing proposals/quotations
  10. Carrying out general outdoor office tasks

Skills
The right candidate should have strong IT and communication skills and at least 1 year of work experience in UAE. Candidates with own visa or resident visa will be preferred. UAE driving license will be considered an asset.
