QUANTITY SURVEYOR, PREFERABLY FILIPINO
The qualified candidates should be as follows:
Field Background and Other Skills:
- Working experience in Joinery and Fit-out company (minimum 5 years), preferably obtained in UAE
- Strong background with Retail and F & B shops
- Knowledgeable with price build up / value determination
- Bill of Quantity Construction based on tender drawings
- Procurement advice and assistance during tendering procedures
- Assessing additional costs of design variations
- Assist in establishing Client’s requirements commercially
- Identify cost risks in the tender
- Monitor and control cost during execution of the project
- Multi-tasking skill
- Independent capacity to work on a assigned project
- Educational background : Preferably graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or technical course in Quantity Surveying
- Knowledge in using AutoCAD and MS Excel is a MUST
- Compensation will be based on working experience
