Receptionist Required – Dubai
A leading Architectural firm based in Dubai is looking to hire a Receptionist with the below mentioned roles and responsibilities.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing information when needed
- Updates and maintains phone lists.
- Make International Calls/Conference Calls per employee/s request. Ensure to log calls lists
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Organize and coordinate meeting room bookings. Ensure meeting room cleanliness at all times
- Update company directory, check new employee mobile # with HR
- Monitor, Maintain & Order Office Supplies
- Control Inventory relevant to reception area
- Monitor & Update Devices for Testing Tracker
- Process Business Card Request from staff
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office ( Excel and Word)
- Customer Service Orientation
- Multitasking and time management skills, with initiative and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proven work experience as Front Desk Representative or similar role
